Attempt to create a unified textual markup language. Main inspiration is "Textile":http://www.textism.com/textile/ plus

Key enhancements
- == and -- for headings.
- Source: plain text, Markdown.
- Bullet lists: include "-" for markup.
- Number lists: like RST, i.e. use 1., 2., ...
- Add paragraphs in lists, like Markdown.
- Blockquote syntax like Markdown, i.e. using > .
- Use '' (double apostrophe) for citation, instead of ??.
- Use ` (single backtick) for inline code, instead of / in addition to @.
- Add definition list like RST, i.e. using : to delimit/separate term and definition.
- Add horizontal rule using ---- .
- Add \\ for line break.
